course presents an overview of ergonomics best practices for office workers. It
will cover the basic concepts of ergonomics, as well as ways to work smarter

the possibility of injury from musculoskeletal disorders. It will also cover
the causes of the most common injuries and discuss solutions based on the
science of ergonomics to make you and your office safer. In addition, it
presents case studies to emphasize the benefits of ergonomics training in the
workplace and provides links to additional resources.

course includes proper techniques when lifting, carrying, loading, pushing and
supporting weights. Our instructors are experts in safe handling and lifting
practices. We provide these training courses nationwide.
